Community Focus and Purpose

This VC aims to create an online forum to strengthen the community of scholars whose research bridges the disciplines of history and political science or politics, including scholars trained as historians and currently teaching in history departments worldwide.

Types of Events Planned

In a series of monthly meetings, we will workshop unpublished manuscripts, discuss methodological questions at the intersection of both fields in the format of roundtables, and offer mentorship for interdisciplinary historians and political scientists currently in the job market.
